At Crazy Web Studio, we believe a website should be more than just a digital brochure: it should be an extension of the brand’s physical atmosphere. Our latest project for Tann Beach Club, a premier destination on the sands of Karon Beach, Phuket, embodies this philosophy.
When we took on the task of migrating and redesigning their digital presence, the mission was to replace an aging framework with a modern, high-velocity solution that could keep up with the fast-paced nature of Phuket’s hospitality industry.
The Challenge: Beyond the Surface
Tann Beach Club is known for its “relaxed energy” and stunning sunset views, and more importantly, for handling complex booking requirements and a diverse international clientele. We needed to build a site that was eye-catching, lightning-fast, and functionally superior.
High-Performance Migration via Elementor
We migrated the site’s core architecture to a streamlined Elementor-based setup. This allowed our designers to create a bespoke, pixel-perfect layout without the bloat of traditional themes. The result is a site that achieves blistering load speeds, ensuring that potential guests don’t bounce before they see the first sunset photo.
Revolutionizing the Booking Experience with 3D Modeling
One of the standout innovations of this project is the interactive 3D venue map. We understood that for a luxury beach club, seat selection is everything.
Visual Precision: We developed a 3D model within the booking section that lets users see the exact layout of the venue.
Confident Reservations: Whether a guest wants a front-row daybed by the ocean or a shaded table near the DJ booth, they can now visualize their spot before they even arrive.
Dynamic Package & Event Management
Tann Beach Club is a hub of activity. To support this, we built:
The Dynamic Package Engine: A backend system that allows the management team to update seasonal packages, “Happy Hour” deals, and VIP offerings on the fly without needing a developer.
The Global Event Calendar: An integrated system where guests can view upcoming live DJs and themed sessions like Golden Hour Friday, with one-click “Subscribe to Calendar” options for Google, iCal, and Outlook.
A Truly Global Reach (Multilingual Integration)
Phuket is a melting pot of cultures. To ensure Tann Beach Club remains accessible to everyone, we integrated a seamless multilingual framework. The site is now fully localized in English, Thai, Russian, and Chinese, allowing for a frictionless user experience for the island’s primary tourism demographics.
Mobile-First & Responsive Excellence
In the hospitality world, most bookings happen on a smartphone while the guest is already on the beach or in a taxi. We optimized every button, image, and form for mobile performance, ensuring that the “beach vibes” translate perfectly to any screen size.
