Join Crazy Web Studio, a leading innovator in web solutions based in the picturesque Phuket, Thailand. We’re on the hunt for an ambitious Junior SEO/SEM Specialist to enrich our dynamic digital marketing team.

This role is perfect for those with a passion for digital marketing and a data-driven mindset. As part of our team, you’ll receive comprehensive training, diving deep into SEO/SEM strategies, tools, and best practices.

This position initially requires a 30-day paid trial period, and a full-time position will be offered upon satisfactory performance.

This position is open only to Thai nationals.

Position: Junior SEO/SEM Specialist

Location: Patong, Phuket, Thailand

Employment Type: Full-time (after 30/days paid trial period)

Responsibilities:

Plan, optimize, and implement paid search campaigns
Understand bidding strategies for various campaigns and ad platforms
Optimize copy and landing pages for SEM/SEO campaigns
Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
Conduct keywords research
Conduct market research, trend and competitive analysis
Analyze data using statistical techniques to determine actionable insights
Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools
Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Requirements:

Proven knowledge of SEO/SEM concepts and best practices.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Google Search Console.
Excel / Google Sheet skills
Basic understanding of HTML
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Thai, capable of communicating effectively with team members, and clients.
Any additional language knowledge is a plus, enhancing our team’s ability to tackle diverse markets and client needs.
Google Ads certification is an advantage.
A Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, or a related field, is preferred but not mandatory.

Conditions:

Working Days: Monday to Friday, with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM or 09:00 AM to 5:30 PM, including a 30-minute break.
Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.
Holidays: 2 weeks of paid holiday from December 24th to January 10th.
An additional 14 days of paid holiday throughout the year.
