Experienced Web Designer

Crazy Web Studio, an innovative and fast-paced web solutions company located in the scenic heart of Phuket, Thailand, is seeking to add a talented Web Designer to our creative team. We’re looking for an experienced professional who can bring a new level of creativity and digital craftsmanship to our organization. This position initially requires a 60-day trial period, and a full-time position will be offered upon satisfactory performance. Candidates of both Thai nationality and foreign origins are welcome to apply.

Position: Web Designer / Web Developer

Location: Phuket, Thailand

Employment Type: Full-time (after 60/days paid trial period)

Responsibilities:

1. Creating aesthetically pleasing and responsive website designs.
2. Developing user-friendly and efficient web interfaces.
3. Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they align with branding requirements.
4. Working closely with the development team to integrate design into functional code.
5. Maintaining and improving websites by enhancing user experience and overall design.
6. Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders, contributing to the design and development processes.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience in web design and development.
• Proficiency in PHP and JavaScript for developing dynamic, interactive websites.
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools such as Figma.
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
• Strong understanding of responsive and mobile design.
• Knowledge in user interface (UI), user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization.
• Knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce, Divi/Elementor, or Shopify front-end development is a must.
