What we have done :
Bikini Website Project – Shopify
We worked with US-based brand Vetchy to create a custom templated bikini website on Shopify. This project involved creating custom templates for the Shopify platform to showcase the wide range of swimwear offered by Vetchy. The homepage design was carefully though out with a hero slider displaying some of the best-selling bikinis in addition to new arrivals and was designed to encourage potential shoppers to browse the online store. Some of the main features of this website include:
- Completely customized template from the home page to inner pages and product pages
- Implementation of a quiz to find out a perfect size and fit
- Organization and display of bikinis by category with custom images for each listing
- Popups to create leads from email lists with discount incentives
In addition to the custom design, we also implemented additional features across the website including automatic currency conversion based on the IP of the website visitor and a multitude of payment methods for easy purchasing.
Shopify E-Commerce
Working on Shopify allowed our team at Crazy Web Design to create an e-commerce store with a broad variety of features for Vetchy. As a fashion brand, we integrated the brand’s Instagram account into the website to show visitors the latest posts and provide consistent, up-to-date content.
Within the product listings, we designed accordion-style boxes that contain additional information about the products. This provides a neater overall appearance and allows website visitors to easily find more information about each product.
Custom Template Development
Rather than using a free or paid theme on Shopify, we developed a custom template for this website to encompass all the features needed for a high-end bikini website. One aspect of this custom design is an ever-present icon box at the bottom of the screen encouraging users to click, sign up, and receive a discount on their first purchase.
In addition to this, we established brand trust with a custom reviews widget displays reviews from real customers and clear policy pages for ordering.
