ANDREA BUOSI

Joined Electrolux IT in the European Fabric Care Product Development division, focusing on performance analysis for washing machines. He contributed significantly to software development and innovation, resulting in multiple patented technologies that improved product efficiency and performance.

As additional responsibility Andrea started to drive the newly created validation process for all the European Electrolux Plants coordinating modifications and mediating the different requirements.

With the new Global organization started working with regions other than Europe (North America and Asia Pacific) and with other products like Vertical Axis Washing Machines and Large Capacity horizontal axis for the North America and Australia.

After the outstanding results obtained in the Asia Pacific market, Andrea position as Reference for Software CCF changed for Asia Pacific and Latin America. Where he been traveling several times to Rayong Factory and fall in love for Thailand. Resigned in 2014 to follow full time his company Crazy Web Studio.

In 2009, Andrea Buosi had the privilege of meeting Maurizio Valdemarin, a renowned photographer and visionary, who became his mentor. Under Valdemarin’s guidance, Andrea learned invaluable lessons not only about the technical aspects of business but also about how to interact with people on a deeper level. Maurizio taught him the art of understanding clients’ needs, identifying problems, and delivering solutions through proper communication, behavior, and presentation. This mentorship shaped Andrea’s approach to business, particularly in honing his ability to connect with clients, understanding their challenges, and resolving them effectively. Valdemarin’s influence instilled in Andrea the importance of empathy, eloquence, and professionalism, qualities that continue to drive his success in the digital world.

Covered an important role in advancing laundry machine technology at Electrolux by developing and filing 9 patents focused on optimizing washing machine performance and efficiency. His inventions included methods for managing washing liquid intake, innovative rinsing techniques, and improved drum operations. These patents significantly enhanced the energy and water conservation capabilities of modern washing machines, cementing Andrea’s reputation as an innovator in the home appliance industry.

Founded Crazy Web Studio and registered in Italy. Working after daily Electrolux shift from evenining to night time. Was a little appartment with 2 people working only but made a great starting from the beginning thanks to the sales skills learned from Maurizio Valdemarin and the Tech skills from Alberto Lucchetta a great Crazy partner  that gave the name to the company at first. The reasons are hidden for a long story between each others.

Developed a patented “System for Real-time Video Sharing and strore on Public Servers,” enhancing capabilities for live video broadcasting on platforms such as Facebook and YouTube using multiple cameras simultanealy. This innovation marked a significant advancement in digital content delivery.

Andrea Buosi’s career took a significant leap in 2013 when he became the youngest project leader at Electrolux. That year, he led a team of 12 engineers in the development of revolutionary software capable of simulating a washing machine’s cycle with unprecedented accuracy. This breakthrough allowed the system to predict water and energy consumption, producing the results of a full 3-hour cycle in just one minute without physically using water or electricity. This innovation not only saved time but also reduced the need for resources during product testing, marking a milestone in energy efficiency and sustainability for the company.

The software, which was an integral part of Electrolux’s Model Based Design (MBD) technology, enabled virtual experiments that drastically improved the product development process, cutting down testing time from five hours to just minutes. It simulated and tested the washing and drying cycles of all Electrolux laundry appliances, including horizontal axis, vertical axis, tumble dryers, and washer dryers, significantly enhancing the company’s ability to innovate and deliver eco-friendly solutions. He called the project: SNAKE

Appointed Digital Marketing Director of Shotconnect Magazine, a luxury lifestyle publication distributed across Europe and Asia. This role has allowed Andrea to leverage his expertise in digital marketing to promote high end brands and destinations globally.

Founded Crazy Web Studio Co. Ltd., the first BOI-promoted web design company in Phuket, Thailand.

Become the first Rotary club member at the age of 27 years old in Italy and possible world wide refused after higher positions in the club due to limited time and following Crazy Web Studio new opening in Thailand.

Launched FlaminGO! The Phuket Mobile Application, the first promoted project from the board of investment of Thailand a guide for tourists and locals in Phuket. The app provides real-time information on best locations to visit, dining, shopping, nightlife, and activities, enhancing the user experience for visitors and residents alike.

Chief Executive Director of Delta One Security, a Phuket-based company providing personal protection and VIP services. Andrea’s leadership has been instrumental in offering tailored security solutions that cater to the unique needs of diverse clients. Sold the company on November 2023 to follow full time Crazy Web Studio.

Expanded Crazy Web Studio’s services to include comprehensive digital marketing strategies and social media management, further establishing the company’s reputation for innovative digital solutions tailored to client needs.

In response to a growing demand for digital solutions and a surge in client requests, Andrea Buosi is leading an ambitious expansion of Crazy Web Studio. This year marks a significant phase of growth, with plans to hire additional skilled professionals across web development, digital marketing, and 3D rendering. By expanding the team, Andrea aims to enhance the company’s capacity to deliver innovative and tailored digital experiences, ensuring that Crazy Web Studio continues to exceed client expectations and maintains its position as a leader in the Phuket digital landscape.

Andrea Buosi, Managing Director of Crazy Web Studio, had the honor of speaking at the PSU Phuket Internship & Job Fair 2024. During his presentation, he shared valuable insights on the importance of digital marketing, web design, and e-commerce in today’s competitive business environment. Andrea engaged with students from various faculties, discussing the ever-evolving digital landscape and how crucial these skills are for future professionals.

In 2025, Crazy Web Studio expanded its team to accommodate growing demand, leading to the need for a larger workspace. As a result, we are relocating to a new, more spacious office to continue delivering top-quality digital services efficiently.
